These are my first ever romance books. I wrote Mad Love while awake at night caring for my sick daughter and discovered I LOVED writing romance. In that book you meet Maddie’s brother Charlie and her best friend Laura and I knew they needed a book too. Laura’s Big Break won the RWA Silken Sand Award (which was a lovely surprise!) They’re not as long as my Scottish books, but they’re still a fun read. Both books start in London – a city I lived in while studying to become a teacher. Laura’s Big Break also takes us to Holland and Bolivia, both countries I’ve lived in and love.
